We count orders generated within 24 hours from a message sent through Kuba.

Each tier is charged in full

When you reach a higher tier, the full nominal price of that tier is charged. If you skip multiple tiers in one step, any intermediate tiers not yet billed in the cycle are charged too.

Every new cycle starts from €9

Every new 30-day cycle starts from Tier 0 with a €9 charge. The tier only grows again if attributed revenue or Kuba message thresholds are exceeded during the cycle.

How is my tier selected?

Kuba applies the highest level reached across two metrics: attributed revenue within 24 hours from Kuba messages, and messages sent through automations, broadcasts, or AI.

Do manual messages count toward the limits?

No. Manual 1:1 messages do not define your tier. Kuba counts messages sent through the product: flows, broadcasts, and AI.

What happens if I pass a threshold?

There are no penalties. Each tier reached during the cycle is charged in full once. If multiple tiers are passed in one step, any intermediate tiers not yet billed are charged too. Every new 30-day cycle starts again from Tier 0 with a €9 charge.

Is Kuba Premium included in the base plan?

No. Kuba Premium is an optional €80/month add-on, with a 7-day trial and self-service cancellation.

Are Meta costs charged separately?

No, Meta costs are included in the Kuba subscription. This is an important difference from many competitors: we use the official WhatsApp Cloud API and cover those costs.

Which platforms does Kuba integrate with?
